How long does staging take?
Atipical Design Co. understands the need for cost effective staging solutions. Our staging packages include 60 days of staging and a renewal fee of 30% after the first 60 days. It’s worth mentioning that our our clients have never needed to renew their staging because the homes sell within the first 60 days.
Is the fee monthly?
The short answer is YES! Staging is proven to sell homes faster and for more money. On average staged homes sell more than 80% faster and for 5%-20% more money.
Does staging help sell a home faster?
The only way to truly know is to schedule a consultation and go through your individual needs. As a reference full staging is best for vacant properties, partial staging is best if you only need a certain room or space and hybrid is best if you need a mix of in person and virtual staging.
