Reimagining a space is an in-depth process and if you only scratch the surface of the immediate need by addressing the quick fix and not take the time to fully develop and understand the true goal the results are less than stellar. We conduct an in-depth planning session to make sure that the goal for the project is fully developed and that we out a strategic plan in place to make sure that goal is achieved.

Atipical Design Co. understands the need for cost effective staging solutions. Our staging packages include 60 days of staging and a renewal fee of 30% after the first 60 days. It’s worth mentioning that our our clients have never needed to renew their staging because the homes sell within the first 60 days.

The only way to truly know is to schedule a consultation and go through your individual needs. As a reference full staging is best for vacant properties, partial staging is best if you only need a certain room or space and hybrid is best if you need a mix of in person and virtual staging.
